A&M Construction pre-qualifies all subcontractors. Any subcontractor

who would like to be added to our database is required to fill out the Subcontractor Qualification Statement, sign the Safety Program Acceptance form, and fax the two documents to (781) 246-0315. Upon successful qualification, your company will be considered for

future projects.

Subcontractors are reminded that all of their employees must meet

state and federal guidelines for employment and an Employment

Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) must be on file for each employee as required by law. This stipulation applies to every member of the subcontractor's field crew, including any sub-subcontractors.

A&M Construction utilizes Service Point's PlanLink to view and order drawings online.  Subcontractors must register as a New Member the first time they visit the Plan Room; there is no cost associated with this registration.  Subcontractors may view drawings online and choose which specific drawings they need to order to successfully bid a project.  Each project is password protected.  Project passwords are unique and will be included in each project's Request for Quotation.  Enter our Plan Room here. 

We utilize AIA standardized contracts for projects.

Prior to releasing payments, A&M Construction sends out a Waiver of Lien. Subcontractors should read, sign and promptly return via fax the notarized Waiver of Lien so we may release the pending payment. The original Waiver of Lien must then be mailed. Also, please note that no payment will be released without an updated Certificate of Insurance and Form W-9 on file at our Wakefield office.
